But occasionally in the use process, control failure occurs, and the equipment can not normally rise or fall. Then what are the causes of control failure and how can we avoid it? 1. The influence of working environment on equipment causes damage or leakage of stage electric hoist controller.
2. Failure of control button and attention to daily maintenance can effectively avoid problems.
3. Frequent and long-term work causes limit switch failure. Safety is not guaranteed, so basic safety measures must be in place. No dismantlement or repair is allowed without authorization.
4. Because the type of contactor is not suitable or the quality is not good, the contactor burns out and adheres. Failure to disconnect and connect properly. Therefore, the type of contact of chain hoist should be selected according to the regulations, and in addition, the normal manufacturer products with quality assurance must be adopted.
(1) Managers shall be organized according to the layout of the machines. In principle, there shall be a general commander, who shall supervise 2-3 machines per person and operate an electric control box by one person. 2-3 persons shall observe the lifting of the scaffolding. During the whole process of ascension and descent, the personnel of each post must stick to their posts and not leave at will.
(2) Steel pipe lifting scaffolding lifting sequence: start electric hoist to tighten the lifting chain and remove the tie between scaffolding and building (for example, when lifting separately, the tie rod should also be removed with adjacent ones). Remove the tie between scaffolding and building and start electric hoist to synchronously lift the scaffolding bearing frame to an arc at the prescribed speed (usually 8lOcm/min). The position of holes in the scaffold should be leveled in sequence, and the connecting bolts between the scaffold bearing frame and the building and the tie rods should be fixed to install the tie devices between the scaffold and the building, and various safety measures should be taken. The electric hoist, the lifting beam of the hoist and the anti-inclination and anti-falling safety devices should be removed and installed on the upper (lower) floor.
(3) When lifting the scaffolding, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the scaffolding and within 15 meters around the building, and special guardianship is set up.
(4) During the lifting process, in principle, the operators of the scaffolding control box should evacuate the scaffolding and not be detained. It is strictly forbidden to store other construction items on the scaffolding. The operator of the electric control box should buckle and fasten the safety belt.
(5) During the lifting process, a sufficient number of staff should be arranged to observe the working conditions of each electric hoist and the situation between scaffolding and buildings. If it is found that the electric hoist is not synchronous or other faults, it is necessary to replace the electric hoist, after replacement, it must be checked whether the direction of operation is the same. If it is found that the lifting is not synchronous, the platform should be leveled. If obstacles are encountered, they should be removed immediately. The height difference between the two levels of scaffolding should not be greater than 15 cm, otherwise it should be adjusted in time. After troubleshooting, it can continue to rise and fall only after checking and confirming that everything is normal.
(6) During the intermission of ascent and descent. Should check whether the members, fasteners, various components and connectors of scaffolding t-elevator beam are deformed, loosened or invalid; if abnormal is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
The first reason is that the phase connection of the power line is wrong, which causes the phase protection to start, so it can not be operated.
Solution: The two phase power lines are mutually adjusted.
Solution: Check whether the current requirement meets, replace the suitable fuse or restart the fuse-free switch.
Reason 3: The fuse of the control circuit burned out.
Solution: Check and replace the accurate fuse.
Cause 4: The power cord or control circuit is broken or not connected properly.
Solution: Repair or replace broken and badly contacted wires.
Some customers asked: Can micro electric hoist work continuously? The answer is no, because the micro electric hoist belongs to the low frequency electric hoisting tool. It uses 220V voltage of two-phase electricity. It usually needs a rest for about half an hour to work continuously, so as to prevent the motor from overheating and burning down the motor. When the motor overheating stops working, the built-in thermal and electrical protection may play a role because of the long service time. It may also be caused by the rapid rise of temperature in the motor. When the temperature of the motor recovers, it can continue to work.
1.Adjustment of clearance between brake shoe and brake wheel. Push the electromagnetic armature on the core, release the actuator and adjust the screw so that the clearance between the left and right brake shoe and the brake wheel is equal.
2. Adjustment of working length of spring. Adjust the nut, turn the nut clockwise with a wrench, compress the main spring, increase its elasticity, and hold the brake shoe tighter when braking.
3. Adjustment of electromagnetic armature. A spanner is wrenched on the locking nut, and another spanner is used to rotate the head of the spring push rod l of the brake. The stroke of the electromagnetic armature is adjusted according to the regulations.
4. Electric hoist should be installed in a place with wide field of vision and flat terrain to facilitate the observation of hoist drivers and commanders. The hoist is installed 15 meters away from the weight. If a mast crane is used, its distance shall not be less than the height of the mast.
5. Electrical equipment of hoist should be grounded reliably, and electrical switch should have protective cover.
6. The fixing of the hoist must be firm. Anchor pile or pit anchor can be used to fix according to site conditions. When the traction force is large, it can also be supported in front of the hoist.
7. If the hoist is used for a long time, a rain shed should be erected to prevent rain and snow from wetting the hoist, and a sleeper should be laid under the hoist base.
8. After use, the electric hoist should be wiped clean, and the wire rope should be neatly wound on the drum and stored in a dry place.
